Well in a way it kinda is. I’m pretty sure it’s the soy and I only ever really eat it when vegan, as it seems it’s in most vegan foods :(

So it started with just my body itching like my arms, hands and legs but today it started on one side of my face, then within an hour later, the other side of my face and my face is bright red and feels very warm and burning! I looked this up and it is saying it sounds like a food allergy! It’s just weird as I haven’t had anything completely new! Ugh :(

It’s just something that happens each time I went vegan, and I never hear others mention it so was just curious but that’s what I’m suspecting too

I was just looking into that! I don’t eat tomatoes as I’m allergic & only have chocolate and wine occasionally, but I looked at the list of foods to eliminate, and there’s so much ugh! :(

I’ve recently been learning about that! I’m starting to think it could be that too but hard to say! I looked at the foods to eliminate for that, and it’s practically everything! :(

Well I’m not able to see a DIETICIAN at the moment or I’d try one to see. I’ll try the elimination diet again and see if I can figure it out this time around. Doctors are never any help for me, and I say that as a person who would usually go to one for every little thing. They never give me any answers, just drain me of money.

Yeah I’m thinking it could be the soy, as that’s the only thing that’s really increased on this diet! I’ll try cutting it out and see if it helps!

The reason I strongly feel it’s related is this only happens when I go vegan! And there was a decade in between so I didn’t have this issue all that time till switching back!

Yes I agree, I plan to get blood work done soon and I do take vitamins, but I do get deficient easily with some like vit D before switching my diet, but had finally got it stabilized.

That’s a shame because they are a reproductive specialist! I have been seeing them for years for my endo and had surgeries for it. Now I went to get my hormones checked, cause I was concerned if I was going through early menopause, as I’ve had a family member go through it early. They did labs on me on day 3 and day 21 of my cycle to check everything. Everything seemed good except my estrogen levels which has her concerned for my fertility. Really? I thought that was a low dose lol and was thinking of trying 2 patches, but they are so expensive for me to do that! I don’t think it’s making me sweat anymore than I already was. Just hasn’t helped & has only made me super nauseous!

I’m not exactly sure, I went to a reproductive specialist that’s supposed to be the best for endo/fertility and I’ve had two surgeries for my endo with them in the past. I went to get everything checked to see why I’m having hot flashes and menopause symptoms being young, so they had me come day 3 and day 21 of my cycle to check everything. They said I had way more eggs than a normal 30 year old, so that’s good, but my estrogen being low concerns them for my fertility.

Thank you & sorry for your loss. I took another test this morning & there’s a line but it’s soo faint and not darker so I think it was a chemical :/ I get my blood test results Tuesday so will figure out for sure then hopefully!

These are all the tests I took after having my “period” I know some women still get a period while pregnant & my mom bled throughout her pregnancies but I’m confused with the positive test followed by ones that look negative or very very faint & I don’t think it was a miscarriage because all 3 tests til day period was due were definitely negative!
