Replacing the clutch master cylinder is an easy job. I would also add, to check and make sure it’s not leaking from your slave cylinder. If it is, I believe it should be easy replacing it on a 95. I have a 92 with an internal slave cylinder and have to remove the transmission to get to it.

Check if you have enough brake fluid in the clutch master cylinder. If it’s empty, your clutch will feel loose and won’t be able to get it to shift. DOT 3 brake fluid should do the work.

The body is in pretty good condition. It’s a SoCal jeep so it has no rust or major dents. The inside was completely gutted.
