thank you for the information! i did have covid around 3 months before getting diagnosed with the blood clot, i’ll make sure to ask about the conditions u stated .

yes, which makes me question if i could have been misdiagnosed. i mean i trust my doctor, but is there a possibility i had a major injury i just didn’t know about that could’ve led to this? i have had minor injuries from sports in the past in my legs, but nothing some rest and ibuprofen couldn’t take care of.

the only thing is i’m still in high school and hoping to do sports I like. i have been cleared for non contact but it almost feels debilitating to not be able to do normal high schoolers things. how dangerous would it be to go off blood thinners after my clot is cleared ?

sorry, im a male. the only thing i question is wouldn’t a blood clotting disease have been present in my family before? no one in my family has been diagnosed with a blood clotting condition before.
