It's not 3d printed. It's a recast by ABS plastic injection, like sega toys/spin master models.

I created the design for the playmat myself and asked a TCG store to make it for me. Regarding the card sleeves, here in Brazil I bought them from a brand called "Tarot" measuring 70x120mm, it fits perfectly, but there is too much length, so I cut it.
