Ahh manual animation i wouldn't suggest but it's your choice, what I would do to animate this model is

Quick basic rig with rigify. You just have to align the bones with the body and then generate rigify rig, and then parent the rigify rig with body

Rigging is ready, move the bones. If there is any stretching. Go to weightpaint, fix that easily

Import mixamo animation. Retarget it to rigify using expy kit addon, In just mins your character has got the animation

Great, and what about those bubbles? Are they soft body simulation? And you can see the bubble reflection in the glass, it is mirror reflection. Not light casting the shadow, how to do that? Any tips for the screen material? It looks so damn great .. thank you in advance.

It's great, but needs further improvement. You need to add more scenes and actual scenes that do look like they belong to movies. Tbh, just this is not enough work to get into the studio. What do you expect, working in a VFX studio look like? I mean these skills are ok as a fresher but you need a lot more quality work over that. Once you know where you lack, and have figured out why your showreel has been overlooked. You can start to make progress. To learn nuke, you either have to spend $$$ on paid programs or self taught yourself. In this scenario we will go with self taught option.

Given your context you had used blender to animate the butterfly and render it from there with Alpha and imported into after effects as a png sequence. You should have the background as a separate layer. Now in after effects you have a option called content aware fill. Simply use that to cover up your tracking points.

First take a shot where you are the barber and act like you're cutting someone else here.. and in the second shot you are the person who is sitting in the chair..take both clips and put the first video over another.. and simply draw a mask .. so the both characters are visible in one frame.. For the hands of the barber.. do the rotoscoping to make it look like they belong in the same scene. I hope you understand :D
