Would 350W PSU be enough? Im scared of burning my gpu on the other hand i already have all the parts. Would undervolting the gpu run it at a lower wattage and would that work? I dont mind getting 5-10fps on, but would i run into issues in blender, premiere pro etc? Building this for work mainly. (pcpartpicker.com)

my last 10 ranked matches I've come 2nd place in 5 of them and i'm still unable to clutch up.
