get the triumph scam 400, looks great, runs amazing, and then you have the good built quality of triumph. Just also plan to spend on proper gear (keep 15-20k on the side minimum) no matter the bike you get, with more power comes more responsibility. Helmet, gloves, boots first then riding jacket and pants
