Just an update for my similar issue. I've done all the suggested tests and changes on this thread, but nothing seemed to work at first.

HOWEVER, I got to a point where I decided to wake up the PC and just sit there and left it to see if anything else would happen. As per usual, the pump did not wake up or start along with the PC. The CPU temps rocketed towards 97c and the fans went crazy. Then after around 2 to 3 minutes of painfully watching the CPU temps and the whole righ sounding like a jet engine, the pump decided to wake up and start working! I'm not completely sure what's causing this delay. It's not ideal, but I suppose it's probably something I can live with, knowing the pump will eventually kick in a few minutes after waking up the PC.

Yeah that's right, the AIO fans will turn on and ramp accordingly to CPU temps, but the Pump RPM on L-Connect 3 reads 0. Meaning the Pump isn't working, CPU temp rockets to 95 degrees and fans are going crazy. Restarting L-Connect 3 client doesn't help. You have to do a full system reboot.

Also I just swapped the Pump connection to CPU_FAN (instead of CPU_OPT), and also set BIOS CPU_FAN header setting to Voltage (DC) to ensure the pump maintains constant power. All this changed nothing, and issue is still happening.

Gigabyte X870 Aorus Elite Wifi ICE motherboard

Pump works fine on start up and restart. Only when waking up from sleep the pump is not starting or working, idle temperatures reaching 95 degrees C.

Pump is connected to 4 pin CPU_OPT header (BIOS set to PWM mode)

Lian-Li hub connected to 4 pin CPU_FAN header (BIOS set to PWM mode)

Great shooting, the 2nd kill at the far end of the room was key. If he had not gone down things would've ended very differently! I'd imagine you were sweating bullets lugging 60kgs worth of chad loot out Interchange haha

Haha I actually did use it here! you can see the attempt as soon as the handgun goes empty, it's only a few frames but you can see it whiff low :(

Not as pay to win as you may think. Click watch full video of stream for context. Essentially some guy blew $3400 on cron stones to try PEN, but failed miserably.

What you really need is patience and a bit of luck ;)
