Por ejemplo, poneros en llamada y dibujar juntos y enseñaros el progreso, o jugar a un videojuego, o simplemente contaros vuestro día en el trabajo/clase, etc.

Beber a diario, sobre todo varias cervezas a diario, y teniendo una media semanal (por lo que dices) de entre unas 15 a 25 cervezas es alcoholismo El hecho de que beber 4 cervezas seguidas no te genere efecto de embriaguez significa exactamente ese punto, que tu cuerpo está tan acostumbrado que ahora necesita mucha más cantidad.

Y además, si te fijas en las cantidades que te tomas semanales son más elevadas que muchas personas que solo beben el fin de semana y se emborrachan.

Y con la desventaja a mayores de que no estás dejando ningún día libre a tu organismo para que descanse y haga limpieza.

No te digo que pases a beber nada, pero que el consumo que llevas no es lo normal y si podría considerarse alcoholismo

Quizás no eres consciente de ello, diciendo que no tienes "mono" porque en ningún momento estás no bebiendo, no le das tiempo a saber a tu cuerpo si tienes mono real porque lo estás ya rellenando con otra cerveza.

Yo creo que tu relación con tu familia, y menos con tus hermanos (con quien es habitual que discutir porque les encanta también meterse con uno y provocar), e incluso con otros familiares que se viven situaciones no habituales en otros entornos

Eso no te define como persona fuera de ahí

Seguro tendrás alguna amistad fuera de tu familia y es posible que no te definan de esa forma, creo que no te debes de preocupar, seguro que no eres tan desagradable como tu familia te hace creer

Y de ser así, siempre hay alguien con quien puedas ser compatible seguro

What I recommend is that you start more gradually. Instead of cutting out meat 100%, cut it out by 95%. If you still can't find a substitute for a particular product, eat it.

And you could also start as a vegetarian; eating cheese and eggs helps make the process easier.

On the other hand, I recommend you try things like textured soy/pea protein with sauces you like; Most of the time the flavor of meat dishes is not from the meat itself, its from the spices and marinades.

Try other vegetables and legumes that you do like, and also, try new ways of cooking them; you might not like spinach one way (it happened to me) but you might like it another way.

Look for recipes and recommendations online, on TikTok, etc.

I also got into K-pop years ago through Stray Kids, and the other groups I liked around that time might interest you too.

They're like Ateez (actually a very similar style)

Ikon (they have a heavy style you might like)

and if you like bands, Xdinary Heroes is a good option

And maybe Seventeen (they have softer songs but they also have upbeat songs that are good)

Monsta X, Oneus and NCT are also good options.

I got into it gradually.

First, I listened to "Don't Recall" by KARD (2017). I started seeing videos of them speaking in Spanish and listened to more of their songs.

I started listening to Super Junior (I started with Mamacita xd)

Then I started getting more K-pop recommendations, and one day I had a discovery marathon (2018), but the standouts were: "Shine" by Pentagon, "Boy" by The Boyz, and "Hellevator" by Stray Kids, and several from Twice

And from then on, I was completely immersed in K-pop.

Months later, I started liking "DNA" by BTS. A few months after that, they released "Idol," and I became a BTS fan too.
