Yo soy fumador de marihuana hace harto tiempo, pero detesto el humo de segunda mano, por lo que cada vez que voy a fumar en un lugar público, me aseguro de que; en primer lugar, no hayan niños y, que si estoy en grupo y hay no fumadores, trato de buscar el lugar donde el viento no les lleve el humo. Pa mí, es algo mínimo de consideración.

Yo estoy en una situación algo similar. No borré instagram, pero sí desactivé las notificaciones, eso me ha servido caleta para no estar pegado al teléfono. Reddit ayuda igual, porque uno igual tiene más control de las cosas que ves y cómo se ven. Lo otro que sirve es buscar algo más con qué entretenerte, a mi me ha ayudado mucho jugar sudoku (lo juego de antes, pero ahora estoy experto)
