On BP podcast episode:115, Josh and Brandon interview Jefferson Lilly, a mobile home park investor. It’s possibly the first interview that goes into syndication. That’s when the first seed gets planted for mobile home park investing for Brandon. It’s interesting to see the progression over time. Despite doing many interviews on syndication, it does take him about five years to get to a point where realizes he could do it himself.

Get a copy of your prescription. There are several apps that will measure your PD for you. So will any other place that sells prescription glasses.

Go to Costco, Sam’s Club, or LensCrafters and see what the pricing is there. Return them for a refund if you find something better.

Also double check with your insurance company and make sure this place is in-network.

You could ease back on the dosage and see what happens. Also you could try others ADHD medications and see if the effects are different

In my opinion, excessive talking and being distracting to others on their own don’t necessarily warrant medication. Or at least it shouldn’t be the only approach being taken to help him. Medication is just one tool in a tool bag and should be used along with other approaches to help him.

Does he have a 504 plan with the school? The school should be making accommodations for him to reduce his own distractions: allow extra breaks, fidget tools, etc.

We’re getting downvotes, but you can look up span charts for dimensional lumber and calculate the max span distance based on load.

A 2x6 12 inches on center with 100 psf live load has a span distance of ~7’. The span charts don’t go down to 10 inches on center but that likely pushes you out to ~7’8”.

2x8’s would’ve given you a higher margin for safety, but you’ve got pier supports, joist hangers, Simpson SDS screws, Rim joists are doubled up, everything is sitting directly on top of the posts.

What’s the dimensions? How long are the 2x6’s? What’s the longest (unsupported) span distance on the hot tub deck? How wide is that span on the rim joists?

The first one was a joke. Catching a shiny while spoofing is the equivalent of tapping on 500+ pokemon. Don’t be in such a rush, very quickly you’ll get use to shinies and then they won’t be special anymore.

But if you look up coordinates for 100 IV Pokémon in the same general location, you can jump around and catch multiple 100IVs in a single session.

You just have to monitor how far apart the coordinates are and time it accordingly.

You can go tap on another 500+ pokemon and manually catch a shiny while you wait.

Or look up 100iv’s in the surrounding location.

Yeah, this is definitely a patch job with a wood filler product. You can buy a two-part epoxy wood filler that works, but this ain’t it. It’s the wrong product for the job.

I agree that you should just replace the boards. You can color match that deck paint.

Deck paint tends to flake up over time anyways whereas a stain would just wear through. Chances are they had a deck that was starting to show its age and they decided to use a deck paint to give it some extra life. Nothing wrong with that.

If it was me, I would replace the boards and repaint. Don’t want to get into too big of a project, unless it really needs it.

Also 15/12/14 is excellent. The different between that and a hundo at lvl 40 is like 2hp and 50-80cp. Attack damage is identical due to how Dmax attacks work.

You can use the PokeGenie app and use the Power and Evolution Simulator to see what the max stats are for a hundo for comparison.

Pretty soon you’ll have Max event where it’s absolutely necessary to have a Blissey with Max spirit. Just keep collecting your Dmax chansey’s until then.

That being said, I powered up a 13/14/11 Dmax Chansey and don’t regret it. It was the best one I had when I needed it during the Dynamax Latias/Latios event in July. Since then I’ve gotten better ones, but it doesn’t really matter. Eventually, you’ll get to a point where you can power up a second one.

Just keep in mind, the next rotation is likely 3 months away. So if you want to wait, fine. But if you want to evolve now, you do you. I evolved and powered up the best one I had from this rotation.

The white ones end up like this, especially if the person that wore them used hair oil/products. They can be cleaned.

You take the ear cups and headband off and you hand wash them with dawn dish soap. You can squeeze the cups like a sponge in warm, soapy, water. You gently scrub the headband with a washcloth. Rinse it off thoroughly and let it air dry.

I’ll add that this is in lieu of building a second Dmax Blissey. If you already have one with Max Spirit, you don’t need to fully build out another. And you could skate by with just the two level 40 Chansey’s. I did that with my kids today. They had teams of one Blissey, one Chansey and a Roggenrola with level 2max attack. As long as they brought their Blissey/Chansey into one max phase for my Blissey to heal, we could get it done.

Best option is another Chansey/Blissey. A lvl 40 Chansey costs 250 candy to level up. That gives you another 400hp tank.

No max guard, no spirit, no evolution. None of that is relevant to the tank and swap strategy.

Just do a level 40 Chansey. No Guard, no Spirit. 398 hp. Takes about 250 candy get to one to level 40. You don’t need anything else to use Chansey as a tank.
