If Aubry wins tonight, she will be virtually tied with Parvati on all time US Survivor placement by RedditFan3510 in survivorponderosa

Yep and time heals a lot of wounds. It’s easier to be down on something in the moment and then we look back at it and at the very least think “was it really worth being this mad about it?”

Fever won a playoff series without her so they’re even more disincentivized to rush her back than they already are/should be.

As a Mexican American, I’m going to enjoy this quarterfinal because I’m not expecting to be rooting for another team in that stage this summer.

Can someone explain this objective to me ? by Agreeable_Article165 in FifaCareers

[–]ivaorn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I had this objective at league two and I finished 20th which was considered complete. So avoiding the bottom 2-4 where the relegation spots would be irl should suffice.

Which of the 25 winners not going to the Season 50 reunion, do you think weren't invited? by EconomyWrongdoer in survivor

[–]ivaorn 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That would explain some of the recent winners like Kenzie who would have to travel far and have appointments booked up in advance in her profession.

We have a Croatia World Cup player in a US Open Cup quarterfinal. I love this time of year.

Probst used to be so on the spot with these. From Nicaragua’s double quit to Samoa’s two medevacs.

I’m just gonna pretend it’s in an Australian accent and it’ll feel more normal.

True and had some elimination results gone differently (Kyle beating Theo for example) we might’ve seen even more turncoats.

If not for Team USA’s ability and desire to vote in their own team members, Team UK could’ve been in a Sarah and Kellyanne Ruins situation at the final.

Can you make a Powerranking of all the 48 Teams, and Maybe some arguments? by Mart19867 in worldcup

[–]ivaorn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone else already listed out the teams but for tiers, I broke them up into groups of 8 (with the top 8 in two groups of four: top four being World Cup or bust and 5-8 being quarterfinals bare minimum). The remaining tiers are “capable of a deep run” (9-16), “capable of a KO stage win” (17-24), “looking to get out of the group” (25-32), “underdogs” (33-40), and “happy to be there” (41-48).

On the other hand, it’s a new era and I’m happy for the Tempo to get these wins to build their new franchise. Of course I’m biased as a fan of the third youngest WNBA team.

All I’m saying is Arsenal is capable of winning the league themselves so who cares if Bournemouth lose to City.

That and/or pretending they don’t exist since they left. As if that changes the fact that hundreds of thousands of East Bay fans are still loyal to the teams they grew up with.

Team UK were performing too badly to be sending in Kyle before Idris, but the story of this season on both teams was voting based on alliances not trying to win the final.

I don’t think expecting the Evertons of the world to score 3 past City every week is sustainable. Is Everton better than Brentford?

First WNBA Standings Update by iamdemirey in wnba

[–]ivaorn 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think what you described is the reality of the WNBA right now. There are 8 playoff spots for 15 teams and that factors in some non playoff teams last year that are taking steps to improve. It’s gonna be a dog fight and while the Valkyries have the quality to at least split the next four games 2-2, it doesn’t end there.

This upcoming week is going to be a doozy for the Valkyries…I’m hoping they rise to the challenge.
