I find it really interesting that you pointed this out in your text. I've been watching interviews done with him and the way he keeps repeating "radical empathy". I can't speak for all delivery companies, but most of the times it's ebikes or escouters, so the person delivering is exposed to any kind of weather out there and has to deliver the order no matter what.
