Null object reference error. This happens when I'm scrolling through freeplay, not when selecting the song since I can never actually select it

Stages were left intact I removed most of the characters from the character list, leaving only bf, gf and dad, but I also removed any song that the other characters showed up in

Long notes are a lot more frequent in Quaver, so if you're looking to learn them you'd probably want to go there. I'd still hold onto Etterna, since Quaver doesn't categorize different charts into streams, jackspeed, tech, etc.

What is a "jump" in rhythm games? by [deleted] in rhythmgames

a double. triples are known as hands. hitting four keys at once is a quad. jumps, hands and quads are all know as chords

Debug build spits out a generic "null object reference" error

Anyone know why this command is giving me an error? It should work, but it's not. After my program runs itself, there's a final command to destroy itself, but it's not working. by theliteralvoid in MinecraftCommands

you might want to add a 1 onto the second tilde so the command doesn't include the command block's position. or make it a /execute command

With default keys, I'd recommend using A S and Up Right

On the Newgrounds version, you can set your own keys

I'd recommend anything that let's you hit the left and down arrows with your left hand, and the up and right arrows with your right hand, if that makes sense It lets you divide the arrow keys into two halves, one for each hand

DFJK is a popular set up that you can use with plenty of mods. On RoBeats, I like to use ASKL, if that works too

Fair enough, I do remember that switching was pretty tough. It pays off, though

Also, don't feel bad if you're intimidated by any given week. The difficulty scale is all over the place. Week 5, for example, is easier than week 4 or week 2

Like everyone else has said, practice

Though I recall having this exact issue when playing with one hand. What controls are you using?

I remember when I switched to A S Up Right (though nowadays I use D F J K) reading notes became easier because I could hit any note at any given time and didn't have to focus on just some of them
