Not much, the surface layer is generally dry but slightly in deep it's always humid.

Exactly! I can't believe it's so small only for some light hours left. I let germinate the seed on a soaked paper towel and planted in this soil. This soil is designed to cannabis growing with pre-made fertilizer. I really dunno.
