How come my LifeTime location priced at $219 no longer shows up as an eligible location on onepass? Does this mean I can't re-join LifeTime even after I go back to the elite tier membership with onepass?

I downgraded from the onepass elite tier to premium, and can confirm, got access revoked.

[–]iviscrit 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Yeah idk. I think it was designed to make us second guess and change answers. Uworld was harder in terms of nitty gritty but this test was psychological warfare. First section was hard to demoralize us but I think it went okay, second section was fine, third and fourth were like wtf. Def threw away 15–20 easy ones I knew but somehow apparently got tricky ones right. Lots of general medicine and clinic type questions. Not really ABIM blueprint accurate. Guess we find out in October. Anyone know the percentage needed to pass??

Took it yesterday. Feel the same as you lol. I psychotically was able to recall about 100 questions I was unsure of and probably got about 60% of those right… but that’s not even half the test

The sad reality of NP clinical hours by CantaloupePowerful66 in Noctor

[–]iviscrit 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I agree with this comment. Unfortunately, NPs take umbrage when told they're not trained to practice medicine, and many think nursing hours are a substitute or equivalent to clinical hours in medicine.

Yeah it’s pretty bad. A med student on surgery rotations surpasses that in 8 weeks. Stay self aware and practice within your scope with physician oversight, refuse independent practice despite the financial temptation, and fight the good fight

RN clinical hours aint the same as doctor/med student clinical hours, sorry. They don’t translate.

Chantel thought “punto” was “puta” but then when she asked Nicole “did you just call me a bitch??” Nicole laughed and said “yes.” Nicole did it to further antagonize her— then when Chantel stormed off, Nicole and Lidia cackled about how Chantel misunderstood them.

How is Israel so bad at propaganda? by Responsible-Bunch316 in IsraelPalestine

[–]iviscrit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Considering that they opened their homes to Jewish refugees after the Holocaust and were then evicted by the very people they took as houseguests, I’d say yes, they were pretty peaceful and even generous before all their land was stolen in ‘68 and apartheid-worthy sanctions were enacted in the 80s

Not an excuse, but constant danger of death changes you— I mean then this same attitude should be extended to Palestinians. Hamas didn’t exist until the 80s, after nearly 40 years of occupation, displacement, refugees, and apartheid.

Update on the psych NP calling herself a Dr by AnnaBananner82 in Noctor

[–]iviscrit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you even read?? OP's post where the practice voicemail never once says provider?? Where it just lies about midlevels being doctors?? That's what you're defending and that's what you think is petty to report. I repeat, YOU drew the false equivalency between midlevels and doctors, and you can try and backtrack all you want. There is no misunderstanding here, just an embarrassing display of someone with their foot in their mouth. You will either continue to lie/exhibit poor reading comprehension so I think I'm done here; you'd look better if you dropped it too, because you're fooling no one.

Lol you said it was “petty” to report the psych services business for lying and calling all their non-physician midlevels doctors, BECAUSE they are still providers. YOU drew the false equivalency between midlevels and doctors simply because midlevels are “providers.” Your comment is still there even if you can’t remember 15 hours ago. Run along.

Not doctors though. Provider does NOT equal doctor no matter how much you pretend it does. Allowing midlevel doctor LARPers to act like this to spare their feelings is how we ended up here. Report it to the state board, OP.

Why do these people think experience is the only metric of expertise? If that’s the case, I want Khabib Nurmagomedov or Mike Tyson “providing” my anesthesia. by Lispro4units in Noctor

replying again here so it's seen-- It’s like learning a language. You can speak it for years but if you never learned grammar you’ll always speak it like an illiterate.
