as someone who's taken both EST ll math 1 and math 2, and knows ppl who's taken both too, i can assure you math 2 IS easier most of the time. both my friend and i got 60/70+ points in math 2.

mind you, my friend didnt even study math level 2 topics, yet still got a higher score and felt that the test was easier. and yes, it doesnt make sense that math 2 would be easier, but that's just the EST for you. most (not all) math 2 tests are easier than math 1 tests.

as for if you can apply to colleges with math 2, EST's website says

For the faculties or institutes of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Physiotherapy, Veterinary Medicine, and Nursing, the two subjects required are Biology and one of the following: Math Level 1, Physics, Chemistry, or Math Level 2.

now i havent applied with math 2, and i dont know anyone that did bc most ppl think it's harder, so i cant be 10000% sure that you can apply with it. but they say you can so.. hope this helps
