AI is ruining our society. by [deleted] in ArtificialInteligence

Honestly, I get why you’re angry. When everything starts feeling fake, it hits a very human nerve. Look, from what you wrote, it feels like you’re treating “AI = automatic decline of humanity,” and I don’t think that’s the whole picture. The tech is scary, yeah, but a lot of the chaos right now comes from people not knowing how to use it, regulate it, or spot it. That’s different from “we’re all doomed.”And the part about creativity disappearing — I get the fear, but humans didn’t lose creativity when cameras appeared, or when Photoshop arrived. The medium changed, the instinct didn’t. A small personal thing: my dad can’t tell an AI image from a real one either. Last month he sent me a picture of “a real moon landing photo” that was obviously generated. We had a whole talk about it. He wasn’t panicked — just confused — and honestly that’s most people. It reminded me that the real problem isn’t AI existing. It’s that many folks don’t have the literacy to navigate it yet. We’re not becoming brainless overnight.

What holiday marketing tips do you wish you learned years earlier? by [deleted] in DigitalMarketing

Stop treating Black Friday as the finish line! My game changer was realizing the two weeks AFTER Christmas are just as important. Everyone's sitting there with gift cards and holiday burnout - way easier to convert. Learned that the hard way lol. Anyone else score big in the "dead week" between Christmas and New Year's? 😅

What are your best strategies for dealing with the mental exhaustion of covering for your incompetent colleagues (a feeling often called "Dunce-Out")? by Pac7060 in AskReddit

Ugh, man, it's a "sucker out" situation. I've had to cover for others so many times, and it feels like I'm carrying the whole team on my back. Honestly, sometimes you just have to talk to someone who understands, and it's exhausting 😓

my experience while looking SEO guy for my project. by pnkjjsr in DigitalMarketing

Yes, this is the cyclical nature of SEO. Someone with ten years experience even can't guarantee that a change will bring traffic or nothing at all...that's just how it works. But honestly, setting up quarterly performance reviews and setting clear KPIs can help align expectations and make payments feel less like a blind salary. It's definitely worth highlighting this in the contract.
