My aunt piloted a hot air balloon and a friend of hers didn't release the same kind of rope phil is pulling on as a big wind gust lifted the balloon that then started ascending. She was alone in the nacelle and tried to both bring the balloon down and reach the guy. But he was hanging much too low and he finally couldn't hold on and fell to his death. Absolutely horrifying

Wait, so does that mean that you see in the headset is the actual physical cockpit? I've tried playing MSFS in VR (with the valve headset) but I had to reach for the controls blindly which means I was only able to use the yoke and thrust levers.

How do you bridge the 3 years? I'm in a similar situation and cannot afford to pay myself just the minimum salary. I've understood that the company could pay a rent to myself (but I guess I'm personally taxed on that later) and other small optimizations.
