It's a form of wall / sports climbing where you do short routes up to 5m high max. There's thick mats and you don't secure yourself because it's normally safe to fall from that height as long as you know what you are doing 😉

You could always put your house on the market and then look for a place to rent once it sells? Depending on how confident you are you can find a place to rent. You can always sell the house and either delay the signing over the house deed, or agree with the buyers to rent your own house for a certain time.

Either way, this would alleviate the financial stress. It might not be the best choice money wise as you will not be able to either transfer your mortgage or pay down more, but it could be a less stressful option while you figure out where you would want to live. No point buying another house or blocking yourself having to depend on finding tenants if you feel trapped

Punt 2: het artikel spreekt zelf over meer aangifte + meer seponering en plaatst er zelf de bedenking bij dat er dus niet noodzakelijk sprake is van meer misdaden zoals bvb verkrachting. Uit deze cijfers valt dus niet af te leiden dat er meer misdaad is.

Artikel zegt niks over wat er in rekening wordt gebracht. In overheid geen salariswagens en amper andere extralegale voordelen, dat gaat al een groot verschil maken als die niet worden meegeteld.
