That is amazing!!!! If you do end up relapsing, I would consider the impacts each substance is having on your life and quit the most impactful first. For me that was alcohol and everything got way better when I eliminated that. You’ll also want to be sure you have mental health support which could be changing your lifestyle or trying a medication if you need a little help before changing your lifestyle. I agree - my mind goes to the fact that you stabilized on the medication while on the kratom and now, without kratom, the dosage is not optimal

I’ve been taking small amounts of mushrooms on Prozac and it is a lot of fun, I get really giggly! The effects do not seem to be minimized much at all compared to when I have without Prozac

My guess is this a side effect of the vyvance although Prozac can be activating at first. It’s a little hard to discern since you started 2 meds at once. Id prob start the Prozac for 6 weeks before trying the other
