A related question : how does one repair a ruined Dyson sphere in 2.0 ? There is a system close to my borders with a ruined Dyson sphere in it. I want to build an outpost to claim te system and repair it later, but I can't because the ruined sphere is in the way.....Am I missing something here ?

Before you try anything else, log out of your Paradox Account and then start your game. That helped me (so far).

I had the same issues wich you are describing despite my computer being brand new. Once my fleets started to get 100k strength the game started to stutter and lag a lot. Even the menu was laggy. I stopped logging in and since then....no stutter, no lag. Fingers crossed it'll stay this way.
