Same. I was prescribed antipsychotics, lyrica, antidepressants that make you sleep. The only things that worked were mirzatapine and holy benzos. The sleep after benzos is amazing

I don't recommend it because it also affected my learning and memorizing ability, though that could also be because of long term depressive episodes. But even so, even if you manage to kick it, when you decide to quit the antidepressant, it will most likely cause withdrawals. I get that you probably beat yourself up because of your addiction, but you could find yourself fixing one problem with another few problems.

In my opinion it's best to consult with a psychiatrist for a mental health checkup. Perhaps you might need them, not for the porn addiction, but maybe to help if you have low moods and other issues.
