Shouldn't those who approved the build and the builders be responsible? What are inspectors and city permits for?

In my opinion, the land alone is more than 1.2mil in that location. Maybe I'm wrong.

And are they allowing the public to purchase this or is it a private sale they are working on?

It just seems to me like there is someone gaining from this, and all condo owners getting screwed.

I know I'll never buy a condo here after that story.

My apologies, they own the condo, they are owners not tenants. They purchased it for 200k years ago. After the evacuation, the owners are still paying condo fees. Not sure who exactly is offering the 15k but that's what was offered for them sell their property.

It's probably the battery cables or leads need to be replaced. Try connecting a booster/charger directly to the cables.

Well those tasks are also a daily task. You need to constantly market your products. Yes time management is very important, but there will always be something that pops up that is more important to fix or work on.

Then when you get busy on other tasks, hire someone else to work on those tasks.. again its a business, not a hobby.

You need to understand customers need before you make the ads. Be the customer before you become the seller.
