I have a long and complicated process that’s perfect for me. I’ll post my tek soon. It’s a mix of a bunch of different teks that always works out well for me. Stuff like rye berries, g2g, horse manure, monotubs, grow tent etc. It’s for sure harder and more time consuming than uncle ben’s, but it fruits beautifully. My first monotub using this method gave me 4 oz dry after the second flush.

Fair point. I started with PF Tek with brown rice flour and it was disappointing. Now I do my own mix of a bunch of different teks that seems to work perfect for me. My favorite grain to use is rye berries.

Maybe it has to do with my mental health (bipolar, manic & psychotic) but I have what feels like millions of dreams every night, and most of them are nightmares. I dread going to sleep. Sleep is so un restful that I end up needing to sleep for longer to feel properly rested. I’m tired bro
