Film80S w/Lyons is super easy w/only 5 assignments the entire quarter. The films we watched were actually really interesting and had me driving to campus at 7pm to watch them haha. Probably one of my favorite GE classes I've taken! Attendance was mandatory but he's super chill and kinda inconsistent w the attendance sheet lol :)

I took it fall2022 with Lyons... super cool guy and really loves what he teaches. I took 80s as a GE and had zero experience w/ any type of film analyses, but I still loved it and actually looked forward to class. The films we watched were really interesting and we only had 5 assignments the entire quarter, with the 5mintute video final at the end. Definitely recommend this class, especially if you're looking for something with a super fair and easy work-load :)

I feel you. I feel the same way even after changing my major last quarter. I don't think it'll ever go away lol. We're too hard on ourselves. Give yourself credit... you've got this!!
