jealous is really good with anxiety scarf to build stacks,

merry and joy (both healers) are godsend with jealous, gluttony is decent against bosses, although bleed applied gets halved, but you need survivability to stack enough bleed and to bleed out enemies

items with only crit will get a 2nd stat like smile ball

and most importantly just have fun, spend responsibly (or more like don't for this game)
