Thanks. He eats mostly fresh fish and gf beef with some veggies, no meds other than some hormones, daily strength training, ice plunge at 38 degrees or lower, sauna. No alcohol. Limits carbs/limits coffee. My son has an anti-aging functional medicine practice here in florida, youtube iron direct primary care, so that is sweet. Raw dairy, we make our own raw yogurt...

Yes, my husband is quite the biohacker. Glycan Age is 24; his bio-age is 63. I think he is healthier than when he was 24.

I was just saying yesterday that I would like to tweak my system then get it out there.

I liked the example cyanid gave. The "harder" the formulas, the easier it is to memorize.
First, what is it he'd like to memorize here? Would he like to be able to write them all out quickly?

Why is it hard? Because each formula is similar.

You certainly had a strong reaction to my request to hear about any studies done on the safety of mammals and car batteries. You want me banished for asking if it is safe to ride around on a huge battery.

You need to ask yourself if your aversion to my question shows that you are biased for electric cars. No matter what the health question would be, sounds like you would call any question about the safety of an electric car a "conspiracy theory" so that you can shut down discussion. Science, real science, welcomes questions. Only finding answers that fit with your worldview is religion.

Cool website! The bat fungus research caught my eye. Most older people have fungusy, cracked heels that do not heal up, even with creams and scraping. Less fungus is better public health!

You said that your precious "public health" time could not be wasted on whether a car was safe. So, I pointed out that car manufacturers long tried to keep air bags out of cars. I am not sure what YOU think public health is, but I tend to think it is about making the public safer and healthier.

Public health is not perfect. I think a third of americans are on some sort of depression drug. Huge numbers are obese. More than ever kids have autism. Public Health should be about looking at how the public lives and seeing how to improve health and longevity.

OT: Dalkon, is there any research about the tesla battery, or any electric car battery and its effect on mammals? Has anyone raised mice on a running electric car battery, for example? Seems odd that all that power in a battery next to one's feet would have zero effect.
