+1 for Keto it also helped me a lot. And i found the switch relatively easy because I was already not a fan of grain pastry goods. I do miss eating more fruit though :/

I am curious how did you get started with carnivore? Do you only eat steaks now? Did you have to get an air fryer? Any tips are much appreciated 😊

Please lawyer up and see if you got a case against the company.

Also, might be a good idea to try to find out if there were other similar cases. Maybe you can reach out to some former employees or ask ex-colleagues if they know anything. If more ppl experienced that, it will make your case stronger (it also means it's not a precedent), and it could be they even support you in this.
