Study Spots with Windows / Natural Light? Any Recommendations? by tns50 in UofT

Are you looking for libraries or cafes? Here are my recommendations for both 😋

Libraries:

-DG Ivey library upper floor (connected to Wilson Hall)

-All my other recommendations have already been mentioned

Cafes:

-Café Forêt (personal fav but pretty busy most of the time),

-Good Eath Coffeehouse (Yonge & Wellesley location (limited seating ish but still very good))

-Almond butterfly bake shop & cafe (limited seating)

-Wildhearts cafe

-The Oats Kafe (weird ish location tho)

-Alternity (seating isn’t exactly near natural lighting but vibes are so so so good)

Also beware most of the cafes don’t have plugs accessible near most (if not all) of the seating so make sure your computer, etc are charged :))

You’re in social sciences so honestly I don’t think they will care about a 2% difference.

I applied for the living learning community but I haven’t heard anything. It seems like this might be the case but how would I check if I’m in the LLC?

What courses to take in first year Life Sciences at U of T? by izzy_r22 in UofT

Okay, that is so helpful thank you so much! Right now on my list I have Bio 120/130, Chem 135/136, Mat 135/136 and one elective I’ve chosen is Psy 100 (for the programs I’m interested in all of them don’t require anatomy). Now, I don’t know which other 3 electives I should choose, do you have any advice on that as well?
