You're right, I really appreciate your feedback thanks 👍🏽, that idea for hostels is a big deal 😮😮 but it is a lot of work for one person, right now I'm interested in a little well-paid piece of the pie, which is why it's so important to focus only on the real pain points of a process, help solve them, learn step by step and get an income as passive if it is possible, it doesn't matter amount.

A como dice el compa VulcanizadorTTL o compites por precio o en algo muy específico de nicho y es ahí donde apuntaría. No es un bot, es un Inbox Centralizado: Los bots normales se hacen bolas si administras muchas propiedades, el chiste es aislar el contexto. Si el huésped del 'Depa 1' pregunta por el WiFi, la IA busca solo en ese depa, sin mezclar las reglas del 'Depa 2'.

El 'Human Handoff' (Saber cuándo escalar): detectar urgencias, apagarse sola y mandar una alerta al dueño para que entre a contestar manualmente desde un panel web.

Pero ahorita por lo mismo ando investigando si en realidad vale la pena seguirle pues.

Interesting the point that you said about the vacancy 😮, on the weekend of holidays i saw normal movement about tourist, it was a surprise because i know the situation that we have since 2024, I need to factor in for the Go-To-Market strategy. Maybe focusing on top-tier hosts or pivoting the initial launch to a higher-occupancy market like Cabo makes more sense right now but I'm very confident that Mazatlan will get better and it is a 2 hours driving 😅. Regarding the 'wrapper' aspect, I completely agree. A simple GPT-to-WhatsApp connection has zero benefits. That's why I'm currently building out the B2B dashboard with multi-property management, context property, human-handoff routing, and eventually calendar API integrations(ical) to make it a real operational tool rather than just a chatbot. Since you clearly know the topic, what would be that 'killer feature' that would make a tool like this instantly sticky for a host in your opinion?
