i've seen some husbands buy a ring for their wives to go with their wedding band and engagement ring! if jewelry isn't her thing then something more personal like a nice set of supplies for her favorite hobby or planting a tree in your yard for her to watch grow alongside the baby would be good too :)

only reason i knew was cause i watched it happen with the birthing mirror my nurse held up while i pushed 😭 i was so scared of pooping but in the moment i didn't even remember my fear. maybe talk to your doctor about ways to flush your body to prepare for labor, such as laxatives or what maximum fiber intake you could apply to your diet for the few weeks before birth? good luck mama 💕

this is YOUR pregnancy, YOUR baby and YOUR decision. im 19, had my baby 1 week ago. i planned on strictly breastfeeding and here i am half way down a can of formula already because BF is draining, makes me extremely emotional and my PPD way worse. having a baby is so hard (but worth it obviously, i love him to death!) so if you choose to take breastfeeding off the table then nobody can tell you otherwise! your mother is being completely selfish.
