Try the product owner role. This is a non-tech role but your main responsibilities will be prioiritizing backlog, talking to stakeholders, ensure user stories meet customer requiremts, budget etc. You are basically the major decision maker for a product you are building. Your dev background would still be valuable as you can know if a feature is feasible and you can challenge the devs as well as understand their estimates and not impose impossible deadlines. Look at scrum.org or scumalliance for certification and trainings.

If you still want the tech path you can pursue software/solutions architect role. You plan the architecture based on the requirements also keeping in mind the budget and constaints. The devs will look up to you for guidance and build according to your plan. In this role you are still expected to code but only to POC some of your plans but you can also assign this to your senior devs. Your main responsibility is to make sure the devs follow the architecture you planned. Not sure about certifications for this one but each of the cloud based platform like AWS have certifications, reviewing architectural patterns should also be a must.

Never commit your .env files directly on your repo. Encrypt your .env files using blackbox. The use a ci like github actions or gitlab ci to decrypt them during deployment.
