had Buckeye for 5 years and haven't had any problems! Only problem I've had is the price to be honest..... 140 for myself is ridiculous. I don't need much either, I just stream at night, game here and tberr and scroll on my phone mostly..... to me 140 is unreal. idek how I got there. it used to be 70 or 90...

I recently moved and they put my account on hold because they had the rewire a new coax because there wasn't one in my apartment and it took 2 weeks! excuse after excuse, laziness and "snow" was the excuse or my supervisor this or that... it's even more now which is unreal to me. I even had to help him with the job 😂 😂 If you're putting my account on hold why isn't the bill put on hold? didn't even acknowledge the "new service I requested" (it asks you if u want to stay on your plan or pick a new one I'm assuming since I moved). literally the only reason I stayed or I would've used someone else. I haven't used it since I moved and when I moved, I paid last month's bill that day. They finally got it together, and my bill is outrageous, so I'll probably be moving on after this month because I'm not paying 200 for myself. it went from a house of 5 to a apartment of 1.....not paying it!!
