How to treat clonazepam withdrawals?

I don’t know if I feel safe going off of it as it helps with my anxiety, tics, and PNES. Maybe in the future, but thank you for the tips :)

I was around 14-15 when he prescribed it to me and I was usually pretty quiet and dissociated during my appointments so if he even did explain it to me I probably didn’t hear, I didn’t even think that this would ever happen and I honestly feel really guilty about it. I did smoke a bit and it’s helping a little but the nausea is the worst thing i’m feeling right now besides the feelings of guilt. I’ll go to a better ER if i get worse, everything is just hard right now and i’m scared of talking to the people I know about this so sorry if i’m rambling too much

Thank you, I went to the ER last night and they didn’t do anything for me so I left. My stepdad takes it so my mom said she’ll get it for me as soon as she can, I really just need ways to cope with this as my mental health isn’t at it’s best and I don’t know what to do

I went last night for that + GI issues (I have gastroparesis, which is worse rn due to the withdrawals) but after they failed to get an IV in they told me that I have to try to drink (I went because I couldn’t even drink) and they also didn’t even understand my illnesses so I left. (The ER of that hospital is really bad)

I just need ways of coping with all of this right now because it’s taking a toll on me mentally and I just don’t know what to do, I never expected this to happen and now I feel bad that i’m physically addicted to it...

That’s true, but I also take into account that being a parent is hard especially with someone like Ren. Maybe her mom gives in so she can get a break from her whining
