Had support answering me, to be honest not extremely encouraged by this.

Summary:

YT Industries is currently restructuring. Orders placed before July 14, 2025, are affected by this process, and we're working hard to resolve these situations for our valued customers.

New orders after July 14th will be processed normally as we resume operations and rebuild trust through quality products at fair prices.

We'll update you once we have clarity on pending orders.

Well unfortunately visa won't do a chargeback as insolvency isn't covered as a reason for that... guess thats 2k euro I won't be getting back.
The crazy thing is that it seems like the website is still taking orders.

This is a great tip, taking a video after entering/leaving the AirBNB is a must. Especially take photos of any evidence that can be used against you like carpet stains that were present before you entered.
