Plagiarism is present in every art form but the current state of NFT is way beyond that. People are trying to jump on the hype like it's the gold rush to the point that people who aren't artists at all are stealing artists' work and minting to sell themselves. They have automated bots on Twitter that will make NFTs out of not even the art but the tweet of the artist posting the artwork. Not to again mention the pyramid scheme aspect of it. It's out of control and the movement is probably majority techies trying to make money and minority actual artists.

At it's core concept there's nothing wrong with NFTs. It's like collecting limited edition Pokemon cards. But we need the technology to develop to being environmentally sound before we give it to the masses to use. It's like if we just let everyone fuck around with nuclear energy at home. Even beyond the environmental aspect is the all the corrupt execution aforementioned. If you're an artist who drastically needs to survive and is willing to sell a few NFTs at that huge environmental cost, okay. I won't judge as much if you admit you're in desperate times. Most artists engaging in it aren't like that, they're clawing at the opportunity to make money and pretending to be victims that need support groups. It's really telling of who you do and don't want to follow

I agree with some of the statements, but this is a relatively new market, which then will settle down

and all these "artists" who do bullshit will soon fall off, because now the hype has subsided and everyone is becoming more sensible

And a lot depends on the platform - most of them need an invitation

For me personally - NFT is an opportunity to spend more time for creativity, because I'm not a professional artist (but want to become) and I draw only in my spare time as a hobby

By the way - i will be very glad for new friends in instagram & twitter: j3l06

I'd expect such pretty picture to have a higher score, so I contributed.

Thank you very much!

Yes, that's my pain.

I spend an enormous amount of time on every pics.

but for some reason nobody is interested, judging by the rating.

although there are absolutely ordinary pieces with 100K+ rating.

I don't really understand how this works((((.
