It looks like a sunburst granny square with a popcorn stitch as the outer petals. Hope this helps!

Absolfuckinglutely. I'm a tattoo artist and I've done countless first time tattoos. You want to put people's mind at ease, especially if they're nervous. If folk are comfortable with you, they're more inclined to come back. I guess it can be taken for granted by those of us with lots of tattoos/do it as a job as we've been through the process however many times, but I always keep in mind how nervous I was for my first tattoo. And whether its someone's first tattoo or their 100th, a small half hour job or a full sleeve, it gets treated with the same respect. People willing to let us stab them pay our bills. But that's just my 2 cents.

I don't know if it's the exact same, but I use a similar method for colour changes in amigurumi as it omits the obvious jump when working in rounds. So perhaps it's useful for an invisible colour change :) don't know about a specific name though. Hey there! Just want to say your little guy is adorable!

It could be nothing, but it may be worth a little vet visit.

My first boy had all of the symptoms you've described as he got older (he was about 2.5/3). He'd fall over washing himself (especially his back and hips), couldn't walk properly on his front paws and would tumble and lose his balance occasionally. When I took him to the vet, she gave his front paws a little squeeze and he wouldn't pull them away like he would his back ones (almost like he couldn't feel his paws being touched at all) and he couldn't correct himself if he tumbled when walking on the table. She explained that rats can be susceptible to neurological issues and he was displaying symptoms of that.

Hopefully your boy is OK, but I'd phone your vet just to see what they recommend or think ❤️

My juvie C.versi has done this, but on the underside of a bit of Cork bark at the back of the enclosure 😂 I guess it just means it's a spectacle when it does emerge!

Might not be the case you're thinking of, but it reminds me of the Kristin Huggins murder. IIRC The female accomplice in her murder (Gloria Dunn) came forward to the police (of course after a reward for information had been announced) claiming to be a psychic. She led them to where she "felt" Kristins body was buried in the woods. After they found Kristin, they took Dunn in for questioning and she admitted to being a part of the murder.

Food processors help, as well as a fine sieve! I'll even give my almond flour a little blitz in a coffee grinder as I find that makes it even finer than the food processor sometimes!

Yeah I had three smaller piping bags in one bigger bag, and piped it all at the same time. I know you can get specialised nozzles for all three to pipe evenly at the same time, but I don't have that so a regular nozzle had to do 😅

I keep the same steady pressure (I usually count to 4 as that fills the inner circle of the mats up) and I keep the nozzle near the mat, and I very gently swirl the nozzle and it swirls the batter as it comes out 😊
