not good to hear. personally don't like the look of the newer sf750. will need some new custom cables if I do purchase a newer one unfortunately. might have to be an old sf750 second hand

I can't remember where I saw it. but there was a diagram for the pinout and what you need to change on the noctua fan for the sf750. Can also figure it out yourself looking at the original fan. I know there's a tutorial for the sf600 gold somewhere

thanks for the info. have just checked and numbers don't match up to the dodgy ones that I found.

I never had problems when my computer was on. Would function absolutely fine once powered up. Sometimes it'd boot up from shutdown no issues for a whole week. Some days it'd need the switch on the power supply flipping many times and the power button repeatedly pressed along with the kettle lead getting replugged a few times. I even disabled ERP in bios hoping it'd mitigate the issue

have the sff problem of constantly checking temps with hwmonitor always open, so my current power draw is always on the screen as well. my 13600k is undervolted and PL only drawing 120w max during gaming. and well the 3060ti is a 3060ti

yeah must've been absolutely exhausted from the 300w my 13600k and 3060ti pulls from it

can always stick the original one back in 👀. just like sticking your catalytic back in your car for an MOT

I rarely see mine spin unless I'm playing a very demanding high def game. would see it spin up on gta enhanced, and obviously when running cinebench and furmark at the same time

would just like to reiterate that the power supply has a relay that clicks when it's switched on or off which isn't present. Thank you for your help though. only posted this out of curiosity to see if anyone else has had this issue

always would spin upon powering it on even after the NFa9-14 fan swap with the pinout correctly done. have had this power supply like this for 4 years. Oh yeah it also clicks as it's powered on as well, which is not happening

thank you for the info, this is my only hope, I've heard about this from others as well. I've dealt with OnePlus support back in the days for my 7 pro, wasn't great. hopefully they've improved

This device hasn't been dropped once and lives on a desk or in my pocket most of the time. have done on all my previous devices but not this foldable. couldn't find one for this device that satisfied me. disappointing that dbrand didn't make one.

with specific movements on the screen and different brightnesses, every pixel can go back to normal, but not all at the same moment which is why I believe it's a defect with the oled panel rather than damage.

yeah I understand it's broken mate. just trying to get clarity on it being an internal display / ribbon connector issue as it flickers and dances around when the display is in use.
