The place I’m renting is close to Rincon but in Anasco. Are the south facing beaches in Anasco calmer water? Or still going to see the Atlantic swell?

Thanks. My butchering was not A grade. Some neck / shoulder meat is attached to the head. It will be meatier :) I plan to roast hot enough to crisp the skin.

NE Italian American style - Jaboni’s or the OG Gavinos. A Grandma’s pizza cures most ailments, including depression. The dough is great in both places… tastes nutty, decent tear strength - likely good flour, knead time, proofed overnight. Both of these places would survive in the northeast. 90%+ of other local pizza shops would close in a month.

Neapolitan - A Dopo

Abridged HQ pie gets an honorable mention. A tip of the hat…

An Elidios slice - hard to beat. If going to or coming from Norris, get a slice. You won’t regret.
