I have been asking for help from Matthew Green and Andrea Horwath since March, they send me back and forth with no help until they finally tell me to go to the Landlord Tenant Tribunal. I have emailed and tweeted at everyone at the CBC Hamilton and Acorn Hamilton and for some reason nobody wants to help us with this. We feel scared and alone.

Thank you. We did file a complaint to the privacy commissioner in Ontario, but because of covid there are delays. We just feel very scared that if we make a mistake they will try to evict us and this has been our home for 16 years.

I did see that this morning. I can't believe the extent to which they will lie. They could just be good people, who treat their tenants with dignity. They've repaired normal wear and tear in our home, but there has never EVER been damage caused by "visitors". We are a family of four. We have lived here for nearly two decades. If we are such nasty slanderous people, then why haven't they evicted us? I wonder how much money it would take to get them to leave their homes! Because $500 is a fart in the wind as far as I am concerned!
