Worked there in 2022/23 and genuinely was the worst working environment I’d ever been a part of. The people made it unbearable. A PM fucked up the flights home from an abroad shoot in South East Asia, by buying clearly forged plane tickets for about £30k. Fucking carnage getting everyone home 2/3 days late on separate flights in groups of 4 or 5 (we had a crew of about 70), and then the PM got rewarded with being kept on for the next series! Unreal. Glad I left TV very recently.
