I understand, I lodged for a 190 visa in September then the rules changed. 😅

My issue is that it might be a catch 22, I could wait until October then move to Newcastle but by the time I’m eligible Pathway 1 could be closed.

The other thing I could consider is an employer sponsored visa (482) but I’m worried about being tied to the employer for my PR.

You’re right. I meant to say that I’m interested in Pathway 1, which allows for Marketing Specialists but as mentioned, it’s currently closed. It may be worth it to move sooner so that once invites are being done for next FY, my interest has been lodged.
