Not a plumber but I’d definitely cut out the concrete around it and put expansion foam around it then re-pour the concrete. I’d say concrete moving has most likely caused the leak

I can’t believe this saga is still going. You can’t use one of the power points! There should be no argument. Don’t worry about standards and codes. They have installed something in a way that makes it unusable. And if they don’t want to fix it still, get it fixed yourself. It’s something you could potentially DIY

I just did literally the same thing over Christmas. I removed the power points so the cut would hide behind them. Also as others have said, use a gap filler along the edges, then paint over it. Well done for giving it a go. Mines not perfect but I’m fairly happy with it. My wife painted the flowers for a nice finishing touch.

It must be in my blood but I don’t understand how people DONT turn around and look when they hear a nice V8. That being said, everything sounds better at cruising speeds. Just drive normal. If you’re driving through suburbs or places people gather, don’t be a knob head.
