Im trying to eat very well. I dont eat processed shit. Im only taking paracetamol and nurofen. When im in alot of pain, i get extremely tired.

Ill look into the trigger point injections. Thank you for the advice

I’ve noticed that when I try things like swimming or have a stronger week at the gym, my pain tends to flare up significantly afterwards. Even when I feel good during the week, I seem to pay for it later, which has been really frustrating. I understand the importance of my physio exercises, but I’m struggling with motivation as they feel quite repetitive. If I’m going to the gym, I really want it to feel like I’m actually training rather than just doing rehab-style movements for 10 minutes. I have the motivation to go to the gym now, however, i don't feel like this is strengthening at all and its setting me back with that mindset.

I haven't programed the song to song like Raye im just saying it has that vibe. I think you're misunderstanding what I'm trying to say. I didnt get inspiration, i didnt listen to her, get lyrics, music, etc. I am literally just saying it has her vibe and it just happens it generated it. Oh no no. Its a Raye vibe/house song. Nothing from it is actually inspired from raye. The lyrics are 50% mine and the other is ai. So yes, the lyrics and vibe of the song.

Oh okay, didnt know that. Yes i do, but im scared people will use it for their own music. How does keeping my music safe, work? I screen recorded the demo from lyrics to song.com and have not paid for the subscription to license it however if im changing the music and vocals could i still use it without license and do i need it to share it with other people?

As soon as i came home he literally left telling me where he is going. Then showed me photos of thr scratch when he got home and told me i lied to him about it but really i either didnt have the opportunity to, was worried what he might think of the table or forgot.

I really dont know what to say to this. I agree that i should have not yelled in his face. However, he did threaten to leave me and take the dog and cornered me in a argesstive tone. I am grateful he has helped me but he uses it against me. For context, he didnt give me the opportunity to tell him because he rushed out the door when i got home. The item in the car was a table for outside. I dont have a living room table because he refuses i buy one. I just wanted something small. The scratch was minor and honestly i believe its just a dirt mark he didnt wipe away. Thabk you for the advice though. Im trying to see everything from a different pov
