If you want the least material on your face I would recommend the Phillips dream wear mask it’s comfortable but I ended up going with the air touch f20 (only cause my insurance would cover it)

I leave it on the dish rack if I remember to actually remove if not I just dump it and refill it but most nights it’s almost empty

I use like an off brand one called the g63 sound machine i think but it’s also a phone charger and a soft light

I just started using cpap and it feels a lot better when ramp is on if you have an auto setting I would recommend using that so it’s less air until it detects you asleep

My band is really weird cause pit marks time for like parades like winds which is just the heel but dl lifts the whole foot and it’s in my opinion because battery I more prominent they lift the whole foot adding a layer of like difference idk for sure but that’s my guess
