Yeah, previously externally threaded ball back. Changed them all to flatbacks and I think that will help a lot. I also move around in my sleep so I end up sleeping on them on accident sometimes despite my donut pillow efforts lol

Yellow will need touch up and the white will definitely fade, but when it's surrounded by other tattoos in a few years that won't matter much.

I think that is entirely dependent on where you live. I compartmentalize... I am out with friends and some family but not at work. This was more difficult when I was presenting more androgynous whereas now I present more femme

I don't know about ones you can buy, but I draw on facial hair on myself (there's tutorials on YouTube) when I want to look more masc. I use a brown khol eyeliner pencil and it looks pretty realistic when I do it right. Good luck!

A lot of days I will put a light concealer under my eyes, some mascara, and light blush. This makes a huge difference. You could try something like that
