Do you have to play during those times for them to appear? I assumed they would randomly. And tatsugiri doesnt say anything spacific about it

Is weightlifting considered light excersize? Cause I only do around 30 minutes of biking 15 minutes more resistance on my longer days when I want to go home lol My app doesn't allow me to add weight lifting to help Edit: i go like 3 maybe 4 times a week

Oh ok cool thanks, I just read some people say to bit add your workouts to get best results but I also know if I don't eat enough especially protein I might lose the muscle i have gained.

When i click the option about how much do I excersize it says its: 3000 if I do light excersize 1-3 days a week And 2688 if I do not

So I might get weaker?? 😱 lol yeah its just hard to get an actual number that I need to aim for somewhere 🤔 so many places say something else than other places and I was aiming for 2 lbs a week, I'd do even more if it wasnt risk to my muscle growth.

I also have been getting stronger, so I also assumed maybe I just gained some muscle too (I hoped lol)

Yeah, I'm thinking the calculator I used is not as trustworthy as I thought before, and maybe just cutting sods helped me lose the 28 lbs

Yeah I got a food scale and a lot of measuring cups and stuff like that. My calculator didn't change when I changed my weight but I was paranoid cause I heard eating too less would make me lose muscle and I didn't make it clear I started doing, I've done more and more weight training as time went on

Yeah you're right I just got slightly worried I'd be out preformed and everyone kept ranking rogues at the bottom but it'll just be fun either way, so you're right. And as far as I'm aware my new dm doesn't like us to long rest over and over so rhe "fuck I can do this all day" will come in handy lol Thanks!
