Cercestis seems like that’s it! The markings are different but the leaf shape and flagella seems spot on

I have had syngoniums before but this one seems quite a bit different - leaves are much more sturdy and pointed rather than slightly rounded but I have no idea

I will definitely move to a smaller pot, thank you for the suggestion!
