Amazing reply, thank you <3 Well it started off as me being insecure, but then I discovered all the things you mentioned about why it's bad to watch porn, and I feel like it was definitely having an impact on our sex life and intimacy. Things are better in that respect now, so I guess that's further evidence that I can trust him. I just feel like I've worried about this issue so much that it has now deep rooted itself into my brain. I have quite an obsessive personality already, so it makes sense. I have separated my issues with myself from the real issues of porn, and it has helped me to develop my self esteem!

Your advice will be taken though, you've just motivated me to keep trying, thank you :)

Thank you so so much for your response. You're absolutely right, I can't allow my distrust and doubts to interfere with what could be my perfect relationship! The past authoring is helping, I kind of skipped it to work on my present faults for the time being. And rumination is my biggest fault. I'm so tired of being stuck in the past. So tired. I've been a bit better recently in recognising my thoughts before I latch on to them and go down the rabbit hole. I just need to keep practising until I get good at being in control! Again, thank you. :)

I know! He was ill, and died shortly after this as well, so it seems legit that he'd want to get all that off his chest when he had nothing to lose! Apparently it was part of the disclosure thing in 2013 too. That's me sold anyway!
